1. In May of 2004, John Magera accused an innocent father of being in massive child support arrears; the father proved that he was not and in fact had over paid his child support obligations, but John directed the DSS of South Carolina to destroy the fathers credit history, incite IRS abuse, seize assets, destroy his business and income and inflict emotional distress. Only after a year of abusive destruction, did John zero balance the poor fathers false arrears. |

2. On October 18, 2005, John Magera threatened the life of a defendant after he lost a trial by telling the defendant's family Reverend, "You go tell Mr. Doe he is fucked!" He followed through on the threat with false imprisonment and three days of torture with hypothermia. The defendant barely survived. |

3. John Magera, meeting with vulnerable mother's in his small and private office, accepted sexual favors, including oral sex, in turn for punishing an innocent father. |

4. John Magera, conspires with dirty family court judges, like Family Court Judge Paul Garfinkel, to jail and torture innocent fathers despite having no jurisdiction whatsoever. Then he keeps them jailed until they sign an agreement not to sue him or his dirty co-conspirators. |

5. John Magera types up his own fake court orders and does not even bother to have them filed with the clerks office. He pursues his own form of justice. |

6. When his client did not want to pursue a matter any further, John Magera took over and pursued malicious prosecution without any representation anyway. |

7. John Magera regularly lies in court and falsifies evidence and court documents. |

8. John Magera told a defendant that the family court judges do exactly what he tells them to do, because only he and his clients can actually dispose of a case, not the judge. |
